About the system
Seismic safety comes first in Armenia. GARM facade systems are approved for zones with design seismicity of 7, 8 and 9 points; bracket and rail spacing is defined by structural calculation for the specific building and cladding.
Claddings: porcelain stoneware, fibre cement, metal cassettes, ACP, siding, profiled sheet. Fire hazard class K0.
Facade and ceilings from one supplier mean one delivery, one invoice and one specification.
Facade price is calculated per project: it depends on cladding, bracket projection, building height and seismic zone.

Are the systems suitable for Armenia’s seismic zones?
Yes, they are approved for 7, 8 and 9 point zones; fixing spacing is calculated per building.
Can you fix to aerated concrete walls?
Use the floor-to-floor system — it is fixed into the slabs, not the blocks.
Do you supply cladding too?
Yes, we supply the substructure and cladding together.
