About the system

Lay-in cassettes simply sit in the cells of a T24 grid. Edges: Line — flush with the grid, K45 — 45° step, K90 — 90° step. A stepped edge drops the cassette below the grid for a deeper look.

Plain or perforated: Ø 1.8 mm perforation with acoustic fleece reduces echo in offices, schools and waiting areas. For a fully concealed grid choose Clip-in.

  • Fire rating: non-combustible, KM1.
  • 100% moisture resistant.
  • Washable surface.
  • Only 0.97 kg/m².

Price — from AMD 5,000 per m².

Installation

Lay-in cassette ceiling installation on T24 grid
Cassettes on a T24 grid
  1. Prepare the ceiling void: fix all services so that nothing rests on the suspended ceiling grid.
  2. Draw a room plan and a ceiling layout before installation so that the ceiling is symmetrical to the walls and the cut modules at the edges are equal.
  3. Mark a level line around the perimeter (height as per design) and fix the wall angle at max 350 mm centres. The angle level sets the ceiling height. Mitre the angle at 45° in corners; on straight runs butt-joint it and fix each end. Cut with metal snips. Also fix the angle to columns and other elements the ceiling abuts.
  4. Install the T24 grid: mains on hangers at max 1200 mm (first max 300 mm from the wall), cross tees 1.2 and 0.6 m.
  5. Level the grid to the wall angle.
  6. Lay the cassettes wearing gloves; cut edge cassettes with metal snips.
ImportantLight fittings, sensors, AC cassettes and any other equipment visible on the ceiling face must hang from their own hangers. Never load the grid or fix to ducts and other services.
